submitted by Jaime E. - |Recommended: YesReview — Everything is pretty solid maintenance wise. There are a couple common areas with broken or worn out spots, but nothing catastrophic. The biggest problem is that on move in I asked about a parking pass and was told they were completely sold out so I would not be able to park where I lived unless I could find street parking. Of course, when I look outside there are plenty of available parking spaces so there must be some management issue with the parking passes.

submitted by Savannah C. - |Recommended: NoAbsolutely awful only here for my friends — my tub was clogged the day i moved in until the very end of august. it was filled to the top with water and i couldn’t shower in my shower at all. my room is infested with bugs because when i moved in my window was duck taped and it still is they have yet to fix it and i have to sleep with bugs all in my bed. LITERALLY it’s awful.

submitted by Jaden - |Recommended: NoHorrible. Genuinely horrible to deal with anyone on staff, or contact any kind of manager or owner. They refuse to acknowledge anything wrong with the living conditions even when presented with photographic evidence of water damage, smoke damage, possible mold, holes in doors and walls, etc. Couldn't wish worse on these people because they obviously hate their residences or potential residents. If I could give a negative score i would.
