|Recommended: NoParking Upsets — I have lived in the UL for a year, and although I generally think this is a nice place to live with wonderful access of campus, the main thing that is ruining my experience living here is parking. Currently, I pay for main lot parking, however, the past few nights I have gotten back to the UL, parking spots have been very limited unavailable. I find this very upsetting as I am paying 50 a month for parking in the main lot as I know that is what accommodates me the best, but this payment is not being fulfilled. I feel as if my payment should mean that I am guaranteed a spot in the main lot. Additionally, it is challenging to find parking in other areas that are not the main lot, causing me to feel as if I am unable to leave the complex in order to keep my car in a safe place that I know it won’t get towed. My general experience in the UL has been great, but the parking availability is very upsetting to me and I hope that this is something that can be fixed.

|Recommended: YesVery Friendly Staff — Being an upcoming full-time college student, I've dealt with a lot of apartments and staff, and they have not only been extremely helpful but also friendly. It's very rare that you find staff so willing to help, and a community that is very open to meeting new people, and I've been able to find that here. Would definetly recommend

|Recommended: YesAndy — Andy is a great addition to the maintenance team. I’ve turned in 2 work orders that consisted of more than 1 item. Everything was taken care of by the end of the day I turned in each order. I had a chance to talk to him and he is really a very nice, conscientious man. He takes his job seriously and is very pleasant and friendly.

|Recommended: NoThe management company that took over clearly do not care about the upkeep of the property. Can't even keep employees long. Especially maintenance. Even then maintenance don't really know how to fix anything here. Stairwells and halls are filthy. You also don't really have a say in who you live with. I will in a 4 bd and I am the ONLY adult who cleans the common space. If these kids aren't going to grow up and start acting like adults and keep the place clean, go back home to mommy and daddy.
