|Recommended: YesI’ve lived in UL for 3 years. Since the new management company took over in January, the have updated the apartments and built an outdoor grilling and lounge area for residents to have get-togethers with their friends and family. Great place to live and very affordable

|Recommended: YesUniversity Landing — Ive come over a lot to visit friends and ive noticed the grounds of the property. It is very family-friendly and the property staff always respond to issues very quick and resolve issues without a problem
|Recommended: YesGood Starter — This is a nice place to slowly start in life as a new independent adult. It’s simple and easy to live in. There’s an elevator, pool, and gym. Plus if you need help, you can just call maintenance and they respond as quickly as they can.

|Recommended: YesOverview — This is a great and convenient place for college students. However, I will say that I do not believe in the way the walkways are polluted with dog poop is not okay. The way there is no parking we should not have to pay and it just needs to be first come first serve.
